FMTS is not a fitness program. It is a preparation system built by four active duty Army Special Forces soldiers currently serving on Operational Detachment Alphas across the country.
We treat every candidate like a partner force. Our cadre work by, with, and through you to accomplish shared objectives. We train, advise, and assist. This is not a community of hand holding. It is a community of standards and expectations.
We have skin in the game. The candidates we prepare today may serve directly alongside us tomorrow. That is why we take this seriously. That is why you should too.

The Three Pillars of Assessment
SFAS does not select the fittest candidate. It selects the most complete one. FMTS prepares you across all three dimensions.
Strength, endurance, rucking, and durability. The physical standard is the baseline that ensures you survive long enough to use your head. Our programming is built by cadre and proven across multiple selection cycles.
Decision making under stress, cognitive flexibility, and the ability to operate independently when the plan falls apart. Our Cognitive Agility Training is developed with a PhD Sport Psychologist with operational SOF experience.
Built on the eight ARSOF Attributes. Selection does not just measure what you can do physically. It measures who you are when everything is stripped away. Character is what remains when the body wants to quit.

Cognitive Agility Training
Developed by cadre and our PhD Sport Psychologist with 5+ years of operational SOF experience. Practical mental training tools applied directly to your workouts.
Core Training Program
$200 first month
Our core training program used across most candidates. Strength, endurance, rucking, and conditioning programmed by cadre and proven across multiple selection cycles.
Fully Individualized Plan
Fully customized training built backward from your specified goal date. Continuously updated as your performance, timeline, and priorities evolve.
The Community
This is not an open enrollment program. Not everyone who applies will be accepted. Not everyone is ready or capable of providing value to this community. That is intentional.

From the Candidates
In what ways did the program's physical training prepare you for the actual challenges of SFAS?
"Many men at selection were physically prepared for the runs, rucks, and others measurable events. It seemed a lot of them were not prepared for the demands of team week when it was significant pain in awkward positions. I feel that the style of training FMF programs helped me to be prepared for that physically and mentally. It prepared me mentally by being able to break the events up into manageable chunks and continue to think clearly."

"My experience was everything I was looking for and more. I stuck to the program to every last rep and started seeing significant results almost immediately. It was effective for SFAS by not only physically preparing you but also adding in the mental toughening aspect as well."

"I would 100% recommend this program from others aspiring to attend and be successful at SFAS. It is definitely possible to train and be successful at selection by yourself but there is something to be said to have current green berets in your corner helping you get there.
